What to expect
For You
After a Reiki session you can expect to feel more relaxed. You also may notice faster healing times, be in less pain and a decrease in symptoms of illnesses.
To prepare for your Session
- Think about any intentions you may have for your session, we will talk about these prior to beginning. Please remember Reiki is never a replacement for medical treatment.
- You will need to be sitting or lying down in a comfortable position during your session.
- Try to avoid eating a heavy meal before your session
- Wear comfortable clothing.
For Your Pets
Every animal reacts slightly differently during a reiki session.
With some animals there is an immediate show of relief, while others will begin showing the healing effects within 24 hours following a session. Reiki energy cannot hurt the animal in any way and is only healing in nature. Reiki energy is intuitive.
Animals can get thirsty after a Reiki session so make sure to have plenty of clean water available. They will also need to relieve themselves not too soon after the session ends.
